Since April, 2022, Don has been patiently helping me navigate through the Medicare system. He explained through his easily understood PowerPoints, always taking things at my speed. Since I’m an insulin dependent diabetic, using a pump and cgm, I had numerous questions and concerns. We had zoom meetings numerous times, and he was always available to answer my texts and emails. I would suggest that soon to be eligible Medicare customers contact Don in advance and not wait a month before your eligibility date. There is so much information to cover. Don did a tremendous job and made the Medicare process easier. I feel confident in his knowledge and assistance. Thanks Don.
